A custom designed board with interesting features. Configured around INTEL’s successful chipsest 945G/ICH7, it offers VGA, DVI and LVDS graphic ports for direct LCD operation and allows the operation of 3 separate displays with 2 different screen pictures. Besides the basic ports like 8 x USB2.0, Audio, serial and parallel port, there are Gbit-LAN and 3 Fire Wire 800 ports. An integrated microcontroller on one of the serial ports allows a powerful pre-processing of the data. The built-in software configurable watchdog timer and a hardware operated system start control the stand-alone operation in critical conditions.
