A lowcost board for INTEL Celeron-ULV and Pentium-III-(U)LV CPUs in BGA-case. The VIA TwisterT chipset with its integrated graphic core Savage 3D is the basis for this board. 2 digital 18-Bit LVDS channels or a 24-Bit parallel interface offer a maximum of flexibility for the direct operation of one or two LC-displays. Furthermore, with its hardware monitor this board allows the surveillance of external voltages and fan rotation speed. Since a simple and efficient cooling is vital, this board offers a passive heat sink or a thermal adapter with easy to mount planar surface. A compact flash socket adapter which can be applied to the board directly ensures a self sufficient operation without an external bulk memory.
