About us

Welcome to MOStron

MOStron is a supplier of electronic displays, assemblies and custom designed computers for industrial use. Having startet as a distributor of electronic components, over the past thirty years, MOStron has become a well known specialist, whose products are appreciated even outside Germany.

The LCD product group which has been expanded systematically comprises all presently available technologies.

Since many customers are unable to use standard products, the computers and component assemblies are mostly MOStron's own custom designs developed in close cooperation with our customers. The focus on the field of LC-Displays has been developed systematically during the past years and currently comprises all available technologies. The share of custom designed solutions is growing steadily. MOStron’s own TSPC or the MOStron panel PC are products resulting from a combination of the two product groups, computer/assemblies and displays.

MOStron products operate optimally the field of machinery and system construction, POS, reservation and money wire transfer systems. Furthermore MOStron products are used in the field of public transport as a part of information and reservations systems. Please refer to our customer reference list.

History
MOStron was founded in 1980 as a distribution company for electronic components. Today MOStron is one of the leading German suppliers, specialized in computers, computer peripherals/components and electronic displays for industrial customers.

Offices
MOStron's head office is located in Viersen, near Düsseldorf. A sales office covering the southern territory of Germany is located in Ellwangen, between Stuttgart and Nuremberg.

Employees
MOStron has 20 employees, one third of whom are working in sales and purchasing and the others in application, service and technical support. Furthermore, in Taipei, Taiwan, a separate organization with 20 employees, is coordinating the manufacturing process of our products.
